Guess what???? I retire in 5 working days. I still remember sitting with you at Ivanee and Ed's place in Kiln (sp.) . We were in a swing, looking out at the river and I thought that was about as good as it gets. Then you said to me, "you know, Margaret, all I want is to be really retired and just stay at home in Kentwood". I had just left CCU nursing and was taking a short break.......then you died in that horrible accident and I was diagnosed with breast cancer.
I finally get a grip on what you meant. I am so happy to be able to walk away from my 44 years as a nurse and if you were still in your wonderful place on Holly Hill, that would be one of my first trips!
